First day at work

So today is my first day back in the work force and I had my meal planned and packed ready to go.I wasn't sure if we have a fridge available so I told my hubby to take it home and leave me the snacks. My plan was to eat a soup for lunch(low Points).Of course as I was watching my videos I was asked if I wanted to have a free muffin. Now who can turn down a muffin.LOL not me....I thought I be good and get a Cranberry-Blueberry Bran Muffin(6 pts)...ok so I thought ok.....then it came to lunchtime.....did I have soup????NOPE I enjoyed a free chocolate dip donut(5 pts) and an Onionbagel (6pts).....Holy SHIT!!!!!!!Not good at all.So with my planned 7 point dinner I now am over my daily points by 4.Tomorrow I will be packing my lunch and snacks and nothing else allowed in my mouth.I did however work my butt off today with my trainer and burned over 1200 calories today.
Now to get back to my other note....So I was trying to keep up with my platoon running and they where to fast for me.I am running in the back about 2 miles behind with on my Sergeants.....he kept yelling at me "common Tunney lets go or go back to RFT"....no way I was going back there.I ran until I puked.....Sarge gave me a pat on the back and says:" good job Tunney now you proved to me that you have heart."WOW
....I continued to impress myself and my staff during the time I spend with my platoon. One day on a Thursday)we went on our scheduled 7.5km Rucksack march with full gear.Sarge placed me in the front with the flag barrier. He is over 6 feet tall and takes long strides when he walks. If you know me and see how short I am you know that I had a problem trying to keep pace. With alot of encouragment I continued marching and keeping up with him.....I was to busy to take a drink (could lead to be charged) and with 2.5 km to go felt dizzy...I was holding on for dear live...the next thing I know I have Sarge over my face with a concerned look .I asked him what was going on when he replied to me that I fainted. He wanted to take me to the hospital...I said NO WAY...he whisteled at the platoon to come back and get me...placed in the same spot ...I led on my platoon for the remainding of the way in high spirits inging our platoon song. After we returned to the Mega we went for showers and I was called to the office where I received a swipe for getting dehydrated..lucky me just a swipe not a charge....That night I had bad pain in my right foot which I assiociated with a blister...the next day was very painful for me,I managed to get my boot on and get through a cruelling 2.5 hour drill lesson and lunch, the afternoon we had PT with PSP staff. As soon as I removed my boot to get my running shoes on my foot swelled...of course Sarge(got love him) noticed me limping and ordered me to get my foot checked....damn it.That was the end...I was diagnosed with a broken foot and spend the rest of my time until I voluntary released on PAT....I am heart broken and now more determined then ever to get back into shape, lose my weight and get back into training....
