So there has been many things happening since my last post....I have been working many hours and training hard....I had some issues with my neck and shoulder causing me to have headaches and dizziniess....its all good now, I went for massage therapy and already feeling better....this week due to work schedule I was forced to weigh in on a different day and time and different location....I had a small gain of .8 lbs....I did however weigh myself at home on Saturday morning and I am down 1 lbs on my scale....I lost another 2.25 inches in one month and I was able to fit in the size 16 pants that I wanted to fit in on my daughters B-Day(March 27th)...so many small things to celebrate :-)
I went for out for the first run of the season and did the same route I tried to run in October,I am happy to say that I ran the whole 3.6 km without stopping in 29:45.....I did also drop off the rest of my paperwork at the recruiting center.....now I just have to wait for the file to be retrieved from Ottawa...Mike is going on his PLQ course on May 3rd to June 27th,which means I cant go to Basic until July....i am not sad about it because it will give me more time to lose more weight and continue on training....I have lost now 22.6 lbs in 11 weeks and hoping to keep going at the pace I am losing...so that means by the end of May which is also my race I would be close to 200 lbs.This should make it easier for me to run and also to do my Basic training and hopefully by the time I have to leave I am well below 190 lbs.....well my friends that is all for now....I am hoping to update again next week when I had my weigh in....God bless
