It has been a long time since my last post...I have had 2 weigh ins since last time,one week I had no change(period week) and last week I lost 2.6 lbs.Total loss since Jan.4th is 27 lbs and a grand total of 106 lbs now.I was asking my husband on our walk today why I feel so self concious about my body now.I look good and I am happy with what I have done so far but yet I still wear a sweater on our walks or a jacket while running.Since I am getting older my body is forming different and I dont like it.Just another hurdle to overcome in my journey to the "Thin" me.
My running on the other hand is coming along really well and I am getting really excited for my race in 45 days.I have gotten a new route of 5 km to run by my trainer and tried it for the first time today,other then the small walking break we did well and finished it in 45 min.I had a killer session with my trainer yesterday and my legs felt like 100 lbs.last Friday I was able to run 6.3 km without stopping in 49:45.So I know that I wont have a problem with my race.I am hoping to finish in 30-35 minutes.Anyway thats enough fo now and I need to cook dinner.
