TGIF !!!! Today was my last change workout before my weigh in tomorrow.I ran 4.5 miles with hill intervals for 1 hour. After I was done the guy running beside me gave me a High Five....a stranger that I see at the gym sometimes...Wow how nice that made my day. After running I decided to go on the stationary bike for 25 minutes where I went for 6.25 miles...I burned a total of 2024 calories just today...for this week I have a total of 6882 calories burned....this little saying that I added today is what is getting me through my exercises when I feel like giving up....sometimes I feel that I am being selfish and placing myself first before my family but I do love my kids to death and I hope that one day they understand that I am doing this for them ...once I am done training and a qualified soldier our lifes can be so much better...no worries with financing...I would like for my kids to have post secondary education and not worry about it...my husband however doesn't have the same mentality as me...he is already celebrating that he can as off the end of February retire and since Kevin is almost 16 that he can move out once he turns 18....I am saying WTF are you thinking? At 18 he has no clue how life goes and after just finishing High-School where is he gonna go...
but it all seems so easy to him...I now told him that he needs to stay for atleast 5 more years...because I dont know if I am going to like the military as much as I think I will...i now have a new passion and that is to help overweight people to overcome the fear of working out and becoming a personal fitness trainer....just a thought that pops in to my head every so often...

OMG Pina.....I would never discourage you from being in the Military but WOW, a personal trainer....you would be so awesome! Live your dream girl and live it BIG! (but skinny....LOL)
ReplyDeleteAs for your hubby.....I am sure he is a great man BUT HELLO...it is HIS responsibility as the man of the house to provide :)
