Ok folks I have to buckle down and start introducing "filling foods" in to my diet again and start weighing and measuring all my foods again. Lately I have been eyeballing my portions and men let me tell you that's why my scale is not really moving to fast.My Birthday is August 27 th and I would like to be down to 200 lbs as my present. I will try anything to get this weight down.
I have a full medical coming up and during my visit with my doctor I will ask her some questions on possible covered tummy tuck.

I am still really overwhelmed with the generosity of all my friends.My friend from basic (RFT) is asking around anyone she knows if they want to sponsor me.She is telling everyone my story.It is so amazing.
As for my training for my Half I guess it`s going ok.I have had a minor set back this week with a little injury.To anyone running please log all your mileage on your runners and retire them after 300 miles max.By me ignoring that is how I got injured.Today was my first run back and I started slow (recovery pace) and after I realized that my foot is healed I pushed myself .I ended up running 4.35 miles in under 53 minutes at an average of 11:55/mile pace.I have 2 races this month.I will participate in Hope Classic 2010 with my whole family and my first 10 k race called the River Run. I cant wait to see if I get enough donation to go to New York.If you can help even with a few dollars it will help me get closer to my dream.
